This delicious, healthy drink is quickly made with fresh or frozen berries.

  • 1 Cup Blueberries ( or raspberries - or blackberries )
  • 3 tbs Apple Juice
  • 2 Cups Milk (soy, rice, almond )
  • ½ Cup Yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp Honey

Place all ingredients in a vitamizer and puree as desired. Pour into 2 tall glasses and decorate with fresh blueberries.
